HORRIBLE BUY NEVER GET THIS THE BLADES GOOD AND THATS IT
i dont know wht rele is in ths thing but i will soon
I bought this knife and it's fine. Much better than some of the junk I had in the 80's. So there's this hole in the blade the same size and shape as the stud on the case... that's for the slingshot, right? The prongs unfold, you lock the blade in and shoot only it doesn't lock. Plus, the position of the knife when it's most out of the way puts the blade really close to those fingers I'd like to keep. You release and there goes half your thumb. Hope you hit that squirrel...Really, that's my only fault with it. I think they almost did a great job packing a bunch of survival tools into one knife.
it's ok, the blade dulls easily the wetstone it comes with could be a good accessory if it wasn't so coarse, and some of the survival tools are completely useless. but i guess in case of an emergency this would be better than nothing.
ok blade...comes with a lot...but after using the blade for about an hour it ended up bending...not completely but just a little portion...could have been crafted better
This is a must have for any survival enthusiast. good blade when sharpened, matches, flint, and other things. very good for the price.
The knife itself was not particularly sharp, and lacked a point. These can at least be remedied with the sharpening stone attached to the sheath. The compass works, but is of fairly cheap quality. Comes also with an effective emergency whistle, wire (whose purpose I am unsure of), a slingshot that can be attached to the sheath for use, and comes with bandages and matches in the hollow handle. Over all, however, it is still worth it's current price. For the survival enthusiast on a budget, this knife will serve you just fine.
Very nifty. Nice blade, comes with band-aids, matches, pencil, a tiny blade, i think some flint, a fishing hook? possibly some string? i'm not sure. i didn't examine all of it thoroughly but it looks like it could help me survive!
