The CRKT Folts Minimalist fixed blade knife, designed by custom knife maker Alan Folts, features a 2.0" Wharncliffe blade with a high flat grind made of 5Cr15MoV steel, .10" thick, with a Rockwell hardness of 55-57. The blade has a matte bead blast finish and a grooved thumb rest.
The ergonomic curved handle has three finger choils, hand-contoured green/black Micarta scales and a braided fob. This knife lives up to its name. It is really a minimal fixed blade, but it is also the most useful for its size that we have seen, and it’s certainly a great value. Includes a custom-fitted Zytel sheath and neck paracord. Overall length: 5.0". Weight: 1.1 ounces.
