Am I inauspicious with swords from TS? This is not the first time I've bought their cheapies from China and received an item with flawed geometry. One sword is crafted to a passable level. The other sword looks like it was machined by somebody under the age of 12. You know those squiggly line drawings your kids leave for you on your walls? That's what the lines on this sword look like on both sides. I mean a failing attempt at a straight line that goes crazy instead of curving and ends nowhere near the tip. On both sides.Cheap. Novelty. Buy it if you like it.
Very Nice Swords, but not to sharp. Fast delivery.
Great as a starter into dual wielding. They're light though, which usually means they aren't very durable. But then, you shouldn't be hitting things with this anyway.
Well it took almost 5 days to get mine but they are good combat swords! i like them!! i give it a 4/5 just becasue it took almost 5 day :P
These are a couple of nice compact swords. There are good and bad points to the sheath. On the good points, it is padded nicely and the way both blades "stack" makes this a nice compact design. The bad think is there is one very small strap. I am not sure if they expected me to loop it over one arm on the way out the door or what. Also, there is no belt loop on the sheath as the item description states. That is not a big deal to me, as the only way to carry "stacked" swords like this would be in the center of your back so you can grab one with each hand. I am going to have to make my own straps for this sheath. Still a good deal for the money and True Swords has exceptional customer service. Four stars, only because I am going to have to make my own straps to be able to wear the sheath.
great swords :D a little shorter then i excepted but their still awesome :Di was able to cut an apple in half ^^ but the sheath is a little flimsy and ive already poked a hole in it :c but its still great none the less c:4/5
Very nice blades. Starting off, the blades are rather skinny. If i tried, i could probably bend them with little effort at all. So not a blade you want to hit really hard things with. The sheath you get with them is nothing like the one in the image and the fibers on it are easy to tear up on accident. And finally, the nylon wrapping on the handle is rather annoying. It comes off with very little encouragement. I was only swinging mine and the nylon started to unwrap. Id prefer a wire wrap on it personally. Otherwise, a very sleek and sexy set of blades. I recommend them to anyone that wants a nice decorative piece or something to whack tree limbs off with. But these blades are definitely nowhere near battle ready.
i just got mine today not bad solid construction i give em a 3!
well I got these swords today and I have to say that these blades are REALLY skinny. The handle section of the blade is as thin as the rest of the sword and the cord slips easily. the back sheath can't really even be slung across the back since the cord is so small and the metal pieces that hold it in place seem like they could easily break. this is the first purchase from True Swords that I have not been pleased with. The blades aren't sharp but the tip is so I guess I to just stab things _._
VERY COOL BLADES!! there sturdy and feel natural to hold
