Refined to a remarkable 5.3 million Scoville heat units our Law Enforcement Pepper Spray series is the hottest, most devastating pepper spray we could find!

Most pepper sprays are between 1/2 million to 2 million Scoville heat units, which is plenty hot enough to stop a violent attacker, however this spray takes it to the next level. Our staff has tested all popular brand offers and were simply blown away by this formula's heat. This is the only spray which our staff was unwilling to give a second test.

    Additional Product Specifications:

    • 11 Gram unit with cone/splatter spray.
    • Max range of 8 to 10 feet.
    • Spring loaded flip top prevents accidental discharge while allowing quick trigger access.
    • Removable key chain rings with quick release switch.
    • Ideal for carrying in a shirt pocket, boot, vehicle or for hand-held concealment for close-in encounters.
    • Made in the USA.
    OEM Packaging:

Available to the public though designed for Law Enforcement and Military use, this product line does not include a flashy retail box, clam pack or similar retail marketing. Instead they are mass packaged in nondescript boxes which may be quickly opened and dispersed to personnel for immediate "on duty" use. We re-package those individual units for safe shipment.

Please note: All pepper spray products are stored within a pressurized canister and should not be exposed to extreme heat. The canister may burst if exposed to fire or temperatures above 120 degrees Fahrenheit. The same is true of products packaged in a similar way, including aerosol hair spray, cans of compressed air, and even cans of soda. We do not recommend storing this product inside of your vehicle, including the glove compartment, as temperatures inside of vehicles can exceed 120 degrees Fahrenheit.

This item has ups and downs to be honest. Since I grade items on ONLY purpose, I will get the things that don't pertain to this item out of the way...

I bought 2 of these, one for a friend and one for me. The one my friend has works (and that will be told soon), but the cartridge has a tendency to rotate in the casing, more of an aesthetic issue than a use-based one. Mine however faced a more concerning issue...the cap used to cover the replacement hole (that would be the bottom part) was loose, and fell off easily. As a result, I lost mine. However, I firstly see it as a manufacturer's error, not the distributor, and I believe it was a very slim to happen issue that I just happened to get. at the request of members of Trueswords, they sent me a replacement that has no issues at all, and at my request they deleted my earlier review so I can give a more accurate one.

NOW for how this item got the stars, the review that pertains to actual use in the intended purpose. It counts as a weapon, although I PERSONALLY see it more as a deterrent than a weapon, but lets not go there. There was an..."accidental" field test done with this product. My friend has another friend that we will call "Tim". Tim took my friend's spray, and while toying around conducted an accidental discharge. No worries, it wasn't aimed at anyone...although it was INTO the wind. The immediate result was an instant burning sensation on Tim's eyes and face, along with a burning touch that ran into his throat after gasping in pain. Once he recovered (after a VERY long time), he described it as "liquid-itching powder on steroids". In terms of use, I would give it 4 of 5 since though it does not ensure the enemy being FULLY unable to strike back, it DOES create enough distraction to further incapacitate enemies.

Now I give it 5 stars for a reason despite saying I give 4 above. The reason why, is because today I encountered a man who for some reason wished to fight with me at a store because he ran into me not looking where he was walking, and after explaining the issue when he snapped at me he said (as quoted) he "hate any smart-@$$ who tries some lyin $#!+ like that!". As he moved to me I held up my spray (the one that replaced the one I lost) and gave a warning discharge. Though i missed the direct spray, he caught a whiff of it and he was coughing from it as he stumbled to escape a face-full i was ready to give if needed. I won't lie saying this saved my life, but it DID save my face and bones at the very least, so out of respect for an item that saved me, I bumped it up to 5.
