Where do you ship your products?

We ship to any street address within the USA using the carrier FedEX. We do not ship internationally at this time. If you are located in Canada or Europe, please Contact Us and mention that you are interested in placing an order. Once international shipping is possible we will contact you with details.

How can I track the order I placed?

There are many ways to track your order with our company. Primarily, we send all order updates via e-mail as the order is processed. Those updates will include our response to any comments on the order, a receipt, and the FedEX shipment tracking number(s).

You may also login to your web site account Here to view your order history and information. Additionally, Contact Us at any time and our helpful staff will reply with the order status or answer any questions you may have.

How do you accept orders and payment?

Please place your order over our web site using any Debit card or Credit card with the VISA or MASTERCARD logo. Gift cards backed by those companies are also accepted. If you are a business or government office in need of using AMEX for a large order, please Contact Us.

While we do not accept PayPal fund transfers, we can accept payments using the free PayPal debit cards, which pull funds from your PayPal balance.

Sorry, we do not accept money order or check payments at this time. We return mail payments via FedEX so you can reclaim your funds.

What does "full tang" mean?

Full Tang means that the blade of the sword extends to the very end of the handle, as one piece of steel with no welds. In most cases, a full tang sword will be a stronger and overall higher quality sword.

What should I do if the item I like is listed "out of stock"?

If an item is out of stock, please Contact Us with the item name and we will let you know when the next shipment arrive. We can also help you find similar products that are in stock.

How old do I have to be to purchase from True Swords?

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase any item from this site, even if the item is not a weapon. Some laws may require that you be at least 21 years of age to receive the item. If you are under this age, please talk to your parents or legal guardian about placing the order with you. I have a custom sword design, can you build it for me?

Unfortunately, we are not in a position to make small custom orders. Since the vast majority of our product line is produced in professional factories and not in-house, it is not possible to have a small custom order done at a fair market price.

Do you have a printed catalog?

We do not have a printed catalog, however all current product offers are posted on our web site. From time to time we may send special flyers by mail. We do not send e-mail based flyers or marketing, ever.
