Hiro Nakamura Heroes Sword
With the help of Ando and Nathan Petrelli, and against the wishes of his family, Hiro Nakamura has traveled through time and around the globe from Japan to Las Vegas in search of his destined katana. Fortunately True Swords has made the journey for this coveted sword much easier.

Unlike the shoddy Linderman replica Hiro first found in the Museum of Natural History, this high carbon blade comes coupled with the same black sheath and back strap seen in the future. We also paid much attention to detail on the Kanji godsend and great power helix on the hilt, as well as the image of Kensei on the kashira.

If you ever happen to find yourself three centuries in the past, faced with Takezo Kensei himself, you'll be happy to know you are holding a full tang battle ready sword. Not even Sylar will be able to break this sword. When you hold it in your hands and appreciate the exemplary craftsmanship, you will experience the same tranquility as Hiro.

With proper care this sword will last a lifetime. For those rare occasions when you aren't saving a cheerleader or the world, and don't have it strapped to your back, we highly recommend purchasing a table stand or wall mounted display rack.

I got this not too long ago, I must say, i've handled many swords in my life, and this is near the top. The attention to detail, the sharpness of the blade, the weight, it's all amazing. I would easily and gladly pay much more for this sword.

I got mine about a week and a half ago -- my first ever REAL sword. Very pleased with the quality of it, especially for the price. Feels real sturdy, powerful -- you can tell its a full tang sword. The handle is a little flat feeling and somewhat awkward because of its thinness, but you get used to it the more you handle it. Cant unsheath it when its strapped to your back, though -- a little too long for that sort of thing. Over all, a great buy for the price, and the show aint bad either ;-)

I bought a Katana sword from this site and I absolutely love it. I ordered it battle ready and they weren't lying. The sword is very sharp, and can cut through pretty much anything, although I wouldn't try it on something very thick. I think swords can be better than a gun, depending how skilled you are and how skilled the person with the gun is. This site rocks!

this is the coolest sword i'v seen on this site. i want it so much. i'm also a huge heros fan, hiro is by far the best caracter in the show!!!

I bought this a few months back as a back to school present for myself.

Razor sharp, well build, bought a cleaning kit and have been keeping it well maintained.

Heroes is amazing, so is this fine piece of work.

i think it is a shame that we cant carry swords around like they did back in the old day, i know if we could i would take my katana where ever i go. though witht eh violence these days it is quite understandale but it would be nice if we could though
by Kenji Matasumi @ 04 Jul 2009 09:05 pm
Ah, I do remember the days before guns, honor and valor were won or lost at the stroke of a blade. Fourteen hundred years have come and gone, and the honor of the modern people is all but lost. Your handguns you weild like a Television remote, "I push this button and you die"....... Be honorable, be a man, if you wish someone dead, get up close and personal and use a blade. We immortals will favor you highly for bravery.

The number 1 rule about zombie attacks:
Swords don't need reloading.
