Amazing Strength, and endurance for sparring with friends, i bought two and the only problem i had was the hand guard breaking but this was after a few sessions and ....(i droped it on concrete a few times) but over all this is an amazing Bokken. Dont get a wooden sword if you plan to spar against someone else.
