Been using this Bokken for heavy duty sparring. It has outlasted two wooden bokkens and still looks almost new. It does have a few scratches and a couple miniscule dents in it but that's what I got this one for. Considering I've had this bokken for a few months and all I've done to it ( I've even ran it over a few times just to see if I COULD break it ) I am suprised it is in good shape. No other bokken I've seen can compete with this one. WELL worth the money.
