For this price range, it is a pretty good bokken.

CONS: I expected a thicker blade. It is not 1" but slightly more than 3/4", which makes a big difference. (One of them the reason why this bokken is so light.) It is also INCREDIBLY flexible from side to side and it gives so much handle feedback that it hurts with hard contact, even with a tsukaito wrap.

PROS: ITS INDESTRUCTABLE! :)
I love its long handle and 30" blade, feels very quick and GREAT balance. The guard and habaki are a perfect fit. Some say they are hard to get on but once fitted, they feel extremely solid.

SO: Great for kata and presentation. Acceptable for sparring.
