Wow, let me just say that this katana has more than i'd expected. While not being the best katana ever it is one of the best for its price. The blade looks and feels nice, very balanced and solidly put together. The Ito is nicely wrapped however the kashira(end knob) is slightly lose but its not close to falling off or anything and it doesnt detract from the swords awesomeness. The blade isn't sharp on either side, but that can be easily fixed. And the saya is wonderfully simple yet elegant. Unfortunatly the end of the saya was slightly chipped during shipping, but thats not true swords fault and some black paint fixed it right away.
Overall this is a wonderful sword for the price, and I highly reccomend it to anyone looking for a first sword, or someone who is an avid Rurouni Kenshin fan. I look forward to eventually purchasing the more expensive version as well. Wonderful purchase.
