Very nice piece, resonably sharp...but the two best things about this sword is that it is fully custumizible, meaning...i took off the handle which was held together with two wooden pegs, the leather cord, and wood glue, but it fits perfectly with katana Tsuba, Tsuka, brass and everything.

On the other hand the engravings come blackened, but if you wipe to clean the blade the coloring goes away but still well visible.

Full tang, around 3 lbs. Makes no noise when cutting because of no blood groves...A-
