First off, True Swords rocks on delivery times, I got this item so much faster than estimated. Quality is better than expected for the price, super heavy sword, joints are well lubricated, blade is sharp, overall construction is very sturdy. Machined holes in blade are rough, evident of mass production and/or low quality control. Blade end of sword fits into handle very well, wider edge, needs to be positioned into place to close sword, so don't expect any wild action moves like single swing opening or closing of this sword, which is for the better since you're more apt to cut off your own fingers than impress anyone. Like I said for the price this sword is an excellent Alita reproduction, heavy weight, and looks great on the included stand as a show piece.
