Product is well built and hefty, I like it alot. When it first arrived it appeared to have been damaged in shipment, cracked and splintered wood handle, the best thing about True Swords is their customer service. Within a few days they sent me a replacement that is in perfect condition, no hassels. Can't beat that kind of customer service!
