Good First Sword Reviewed by on Sep 15, 2015   4 out of 5

I bought this sword in 2009 and it was my first japanese sword that I had ever bought. I did not really research at the time but am now getting back into the "collector's" phase again so I have been researching heavily into the history and different styles of japanese sword makers. I have always enjoyed using this sword on water filled bottles and cardboard boxes. It had no problems with any of these and 6 years later is still like new. My only complaint would have to be that it is a little on the heavy side (3.1lbs) which is why I gave it 4 stars. Happy slicing!
