The majority of orders ship within 3 business days. All products are shipped within 7 business days from the time
an order is placed on our web site. Estimated ship time appears below each product description. When a single
order contains multiple items, the item with the longest estimated ship time will impact time of shipment. Multiple
items in a single order may ship in separate boxes.
Note that ship time estimates do not include transit times. Your order transit time is determined by the shipping method (FedEX Ground, FedEX 2day, FedEX Express Saver, etc) and by the distance between your address and our
order fulfillment centers.

There are some situations where we will ship your order, in full or in part, from a secondary fulfillment center. Your entire
order will most often ship from our main center; however, should a portion of your order be shipped separately, you

To ensure fast processing of your order, please have your order shipped to the same address that is on file with your credit
card company. In some cases, orders shipping to addresses which are different from the credit card billing address may be held
until the credit card holder is contacted by phone to confirm the order.
