A gentleman's cane Reviewed by Bud on Feb 01, 2015   5 out of 5

Well, maybe not, but it is way cool. When you consider the price, you can't help but give this cane a 5 star review. The head is beautiful. It is very close to the right height if not on it. The head does screw on, but a little practice should negate that obstacle. My tip seems to be a rubbery material, but I was going to pick up some tip protectors at the drug store anyway. The sword does rattle a bit so I am interested in any fixes that people come up with. The war hammer design should prove to make a good defensive weapon in it's own right. I'm a little concerned that the staff will hold up it you use the head as a weapon. The sword is long, pointed, and possessed of a nice satin finish. The distal quarter or third of the blade should be sharpened, but I this as being primarily a stabbing implement. Overall, I am very pleased and I recommend it highly.

First the sword screws in. Mine came with no edge at all. Completely dull.

Cane arrived today. Nice looking cane. At the height I wanted. The blade is okay with some edge on it and a good length. Blade rattles a little in sheath, but will be easy to fix. Nice hammer head, good weight. Plastic tip on end, a little slippery on solid floors, but looks like will ware in and be okay. Overall, I like it.

protection never felt so good! Reviewed by David Bogle on Feb 05, 2014   5 out of 5

This cane is by far my new favorite, the Hammer has a good weight to it, very solid with clean lines, I was worried about the height of the cane but to my surprise it is perfect, in fact longer than several others that I've bought recently, the sword is a very nice length with enough thickness to take a good sharpening. the black cap on the bottom is plastic instead of rubber so that will need some attention.
