Thanks! I punched a brick with it and also the glass breaker. Put dimples in the brick but didn't break it in half, a 2" red brick. Touched up with a black sharpie. Blade tip seams solid! Buy two! Even if you do break, you'll be happy.

Ok I got these (I bought two) on the 15th and they got to my house by early morning on the 17th. Very good shipping. As for the knives themselves they took a little while for my hands to adjust (I have small hands) but now I feel like I can train with them no problem. They have a great weight, heavy enough to do some damage yet light enough that you arm doesn't get to tired. They are very well built. Now I was skeptical at first because I was worried about the exact size of the blade and handle. So for people who aren't sure if their hands will work with these here are the measurements. Handle: about 3 3/4 inch gripping surface. Blade: 8 1/2 inches. (a bit blade heavy) Butt Spike: 1 inch. <br /><br />The only thing that I wasn't pleased with is that the picture made it seem like the sheath was able to be attached to your right or left side. I was sad to find out it is made for a left hand draw. If your right handed like me you may have to get a different sheath or find a new way to strap them on like I am currently trying to figure out. Also if you wear a wide belt these will not be for you. They fit snug on my belt and it's 1 1/2 inces wide. I really don't want to get rid of the sheathes because they are really good quality. They are nylon but they are very sturdy. Overall I say if your thinking about getting these do. You won't be sorry. Thanks True Swords I will be shopping from you again for sure.<br /><br />PS: They come with what I can only assume are rubber stoppers for a door stop covering the spikes. They are more then likely for shipping, but I'd keep them for when you have them put away or even on your belt (you don't want to bend sideways onto the spike, trust me).

Knife arrived and was semi-sharpe, which I easily resolved. Was not impressed with the sheath, so I made one for it using some thick leather I had from a previous project. I disassembled the handle and there was no rust. Nice knife/jaw breaker for the price.

This knife is pretty solid and perfect for self defense. The finger holes need to be just a little bigger for my hand though.

Blade on mine was not sharp at all. This can be fixed though. Sheath is very cheap. The knife overall is nice. It is handle heavy, but that is expected with the knuckles. I took the skull crusher spike off and used Loctite on it to make sure it doesn't come apart. In doing this I found that the blade is tack welded to a small diameter bolt that goes through the handle to the spike. Not sure how long this will last if you really use and abuse the knife. I would suggest this knife to anyone that is looking for a good conversation piece. Impressed overall for the money!

The only trench knife I've seen with good proportions between the blade and handle, most have a small blade and a huge handle. Finger holes are small and tapered toward the handle, not too comfortable. Too bad about the flimsy tang, makes it a decorator. If they'd make a full tang I'd give it -much- better rating. Too bad as it -looks- great.
