Hand forged using centuries-old artisan clay tempering techniques, this Ten Ryu katana sword is a fully functional work of art. The 1045 carbon steel blade is hand forged and sharpened, complete with a traditional blood groove and brass habaki blade sleeve. The cast metal alloy tsuba is in the design of a dragon with highly detailed and realistic scales. The genuine ray skin handle is wrapped in black cord, a black lacquered scabbard houses the blade in traditional katana fashion.
