Great knife.

I've been wanting one of these for a while and was lucky enough to get two of them on a BOGO deal. They're very sleek and sharp, but the locking mechanism on one of them does not work properly. I'll be putting the one that works in my survival bag, and gifting the other to someone else.

I LOVE this knife. I bought it from True Swords years ago, and the only problem I've had was with the belt clip breaking loose. It maintains an edge very well and the action is as smooth now as when I first got it.

Exceptional for the price

I have purchased several of these. They take and hold an edge. They stand up to regular use. For the price you really can't beat this knife for an EDC.

Best Value Ever

This knife is, without any doubt, THE best value for money I have ever found. This has been my Every Day Carry knife for a good 6+ years now - and while I do not use my EDC as often as some people, it has seen a good amount of use opening boxes, cutting rope/fishing line, etc. over the years - and although I can't say it is in the same condition as when I first got it, that same knife I bought 6+ years ago is still going strong and is still my EDC knife. Now - the knife is not without problems of course. The issues I have experienced over the years are as follows: -After repeated opening/closing (it is fun, you may find you do it a lot) - the pin holding the blade into the knife *will* loosen and cause issues. In my case, it actually came clean out of the knife, along with the blade - fortunately it didn't hit anyone. Fortunately as well, it is easy enough to put the pin back in. Your long term solutions to this problem are pretty simple - either you can glue the pin in place (make sure you tension it to where you want it if you go with this option), or you can do what I did - which is just monitor how loose the pin is getting and tighten it periodically. Eventually, the pin will pretty much rust itself into place anyway (though it does take ~3-4 years). All knives do this to some degree or other, but it can be dangerous if you are not prepared for it - So DO be aware of the issue! -The rubber grip on the handle has worn pretty smooth over the years. I personally don't mind too much, I haven't had any issue holding the knife anyway, but I know that loss of this grip does bother some people. -Although the blade has not corroded or rusted at all, the screws and the primary retention pin in the handle itself have definitely corroded/rusted over the years. Not a big deal, but again it can bother some people. And that is it. 1 potentially serious problem and 2 very minor ones. It isn't perfect, but for

Gift guy

These are good knives for inexpensive gifts. I've given away over a dozen and the only complaint is if you open it too hard too many times. Then, the lock might stick and then you have to pull the knife open harder to release the lock. Still, they are handy for the price.

NICE LINER LOCK

This is a nice liner lock and has thumb studs on both sides of the blade for right hand or lefties! Fit and finish is good, made in China but appears to be of good quality. The liner lock is stiff so it takes a solid and fast flick of the thumb to lock the blade (the reason for only four stars) but this should wear in with use or you can loosen the blade screw, too. This knife is built sturdy and has a back spine which keeps the dirt out and makes the frame much stronger. I got mine on a 2 for 1 sale plus free shipping - I felt like a thief! Great knife for the money - happy trails. Oh-and the blade is very sharp!

heckuva blade

I purchased two of these in the past twm months (since Halloween). I am very pleased with everything about them. These are substantial with a great feel and grip. Not heavily used YET but no signs of problems either.
