So my friend gave me this for a Christmas gift, and I was so happy. I'm one of those weird guys who carries 10 knives stashed everywhere on me, and I'm obsessed with collecting them. So, I whipped out a few cheapo ones and ran them through it like 5 to 10 times, and now they are sharp enough to shave arm hair already. The scissors sharpener works well to. I used it on a nice pair in the kitchen. I am thoroughly impressed with how well this does...and for only 7 bucks, why not? Buy it. It won't disappoint you.
its a good sharpener after about a year or 2 it starts to not work but i used it every day almost so i see why definitely worth it, my father got it for his at&t working scissors and knife but then he quit so now i use it for my knife
