This knife is the brother of the Crocodile Dundee Knife in the movie , but without the over $200.00 price tag. I bought two. One to practice throwing and one to carry ! What a deal ! Now it is un available ! Too bad, this is a great deal and an awesome knife .

looked used

rust on stainless steel blade ,mold on sheath, and snap was rusted so bad it is almost useless, the handle was corroded at both ends next to wood, very disappointed .Buyer beware the price is good but the knife has been stored too long, etc, for it to be in such bad shape!

Improved Sheath

I received my Timber Rattler today. It is BIG. Like others have said, the brass has a little bit of pitting. Very little, only a couple of spots. Mine didn't come hair shaving sharp like others have. They must have been reading these reviews though. The sheath is heavy duty, The belt loop is made of thick leather. It isn't as wide as the sheath, but it is pretty thick. They did away with the cheap rivets. The belt loop is double sewn with heavy stitching. I bought this on 11/15/2015 on sale for $14.99 and got free shipping because I ordered over $29.00 worth of merchandise. I noticed that they have $5.00 Fridays right now. $5.00 items with $5.00 shipping. This is an awsome place for unique knifes and swords. I am very pleased.

Husband very pleased

My husband had me order this knife, the second knife he has ordered from your company. He is very pleased with the knife, and shown it to several friends. He received his first catalog from a friend who was also a satisfied customer.

pretty impressive

This one is pretty impressive. I have a large hand and this thing fills it. Heavy, easy to sharpen, and pretty. A little buff of the brass and it turned out beautiful. Not an everyday hunter, just to heavy to carry all day.

A lot of knife for the money.

I have lots of knives, everything from custom Randalls to high-end production knives. For what I paid for this knife, I did not expect much, but I was pleasantly surprised by the overall quality of the knife.

"Nice, but..."

The blade is beautiful. The brass on the handle is discolored and corroded. I thought the deposits might be blood, but they had a strong vinegar smell. It's a very nice looking nice aside from the problem with the brass. Those problems keep me from giving the knife a 4 or higher. The smaller green Jungle Fury knife arrived in much better condition. I recommend that one.

I received the knife and took it to my fiancé's to let her be the first to hold it. As the paper came off, there was corrosion on the base, a little on the guard, and some on brass pieces in the handle. I figured it might need buffed, maybe sharpened. But this was pitted into the brass. Big disappointment. Do they check these before they send them? Gonna send it back, hoping for better on the next knife.
