Tomahawk Fantasy Skull Gauntlet Handspike 2 Pc. Set

I got my gauntlets last week and set them on shelf for display and found them later fallen on the floor with one of the blades busted. It's only a spot weld and the fingers don't match up either to tell the difference between left and right.

True Swords FAN here with another honest review. First off... let me say these look truly BAD ASS!!! They have an instant intimidation factor that oozes once you strap these bad boys on. I of course had to get a set!! Nice design although certainly not for use in a battle as the blades are soldered onto the main frame of the piece with no intent of sustaining any blows. One of the claws on one of them was already broken off at the solder point when I opened the box (Instant disappointment) probably due to handling during shipping even though they were in a Styrofoam box. Don't worry TS, I am returning that one but merely want a replacement because these are just too cool not to keep a set!! Its like the Grim Reaper meets Wolverine!! If the craftsmanship of these was stepped up just a notch, these things would be vicious tools of destruction and mayhem. I plan on doing some modifications to the one I am keeping and will eventually do the same to the replacement when its received. A strengthening of the blade mounts is a must if I intend to keep the blades attached! Sharpening of the actual blades is also a must, however the points are extremely sharp. Overall... I still give this item a Great review and a set is a must have for any collector of unique weaponry!! Pick up a pair and do some mods, I am sure you wont be displeased!

Hey all. I recently purchased this set as a gift. I can start by saying this a nice display piece. I had my eye set on this gift and had been searching around the net for a the best price, True Swords does have the best price. That being said this is not in the slightest a functional piece. I took them out of the box, didn't even get one tried on and a skull fell off. However a little super glue and it was back to new.
