I own 2 of these and have 4 of my Katana's on them. As long as you take your time when putting them together and don't over tighten the screws these have help up very well without and issues. I have even moved them around a couple times and other then a little tightening up of the screws they are still holding up well. I will be ordering a third as mt collection grows.
Sword holder worked just fine for the two swords I used it to display.
Got this the other day, and I'm pretty happy with it so far. The stand itself went together very easily, the bars fit very snug in the holes of the stand. The anchors that came with the stand broke when I installed them, but I think it was because they really weren't made to go through wood paneling. I just went out and bought some metal anchors, anyway. The actualy assembly of the stand itself was super easy, and it seems sturdy. I haven't hung it up on my wall just yet, but it's a very well made stand, especially for the price!
The wood dowels are so soft that the screws strip automatically. The piece has to be glued together and even then, it's flimsy. When the glue dried, I had to put FIVE computer cases on top of it to get it to straighten out, then I had to re-screw the dowels in to hold it together.
The wood glue enclosed is dry and useless. One of the dowels was warped. I had to nail and paint the dowels in place. Once mounted, looks okay. Worth the $.
works well It could be sturdy more so but you do get what you pay for. The only bad thing really about this item is that the wood glue to assemble the stand that came with it was all dried up when it got to me. although that was a nice added bonus they didn't have to even give me the wood glue with it in the first place so it was thoughtful. And came with a nice magazine containing some of there wares. so in the end I am happy with the purchase.
Not the most stable piece, but It does a good job, and does look good.
It is what it is. A wall mount 2 sword display. It comes with what you need to hang the thing. The assembly is simple, as the two wooden poles simply fit into holes cut into the hooks. However, be gentle with it. If you move it too much, the poles do fall out. There is nothing fastening them in. You could probably drive some screws in there or put some glue if you wanted, but if you are gentle with it, this will not be an issue. At the end of the day, it displays two of my katanas, it is hung high, and looks quite nice. If you wish to display your swords, this is a fine piece to do it with.
this came where you had to assemble it, well i assembled it, and it was very wobbly. stays on the wall though. good enough domo budk
A good wall mounted sword hanger. I only have two swords in my collection so this was perfect for me. Stays on the wall and does its job. Looks nice too.
