Interesting

Good illustrated pages. Might help you out in a pinch. Not Gonna make you the next Bruce Lee but might save your butt. Read it, understand it. Then live your life and hope you never need it.

Very easy to understand, Pictures to show you the explained sections. Over all a well rounded booklet that will give you the upper hand in a fight with or without weapons. Thanks guys
