I bought a dont quit tanto for a present and liked it so much and liked it so much I kept it and bought the one shot one kill to give away. Have not field tested them but they seem to be excellent quality.

Just what I had hoped for. Reviewed by Bill Merrifield on May 18, 2014   4 out of 5

I was very satisfied with the quality for the price. It is taking a beating and holding up quite well.

Cheap Sheath Reviewed by Pete on Dec 08, 2013   1 out of 5

This sheath uses cheap push plug locks for the belt hold and knife hold. They do not lock in place and you could lose the knife, sheath or both while attached to your belt. Snaps or lock clips would improve this sheath. The knife has a very dull edge. Do yourself a favor and step up to a better quality knife and sheath!

This tanto is amazing and the point is very sharp but the sheath is decent

Good buy Reviewed by Captn Dave on May 23, 2013   4 out of 5

I own a bunch of Budk knives, and this one has become my default camping knife...over some other very expensive ones. Look, buy a good sharpening kit and quit making snide comments about "dull out of the box". After I put a good edge on it (and it has held it), this has turned out to be a good woodscraft knife, that I actually carry more than the Gerber LMF II or the Schrade SCHF3; both excellent knivese for a LOT more money. The Tanto point is the prefrred point for purposes "other" than woodscraft also. I think I'll buy a couple of the black ones to throw in bug-out bags.
