A Bit Tough To Open

"This is an absolutely beautiful knife. The colors are strikeing, the blade is ground just right for a razor sharp edge and the handle is terrific. The only fault is that it takes The Hulk to open this knife with one hand. After several rounds of BreakFree, gun oil and about 50 openings, it now is manageable. Only thing that makes it 4 stars and not 5."

nothing wrong with tip down carry

"i actually prefer tip down carry. however, tip down carry on a blade with a flipper may be one of the most illconcieved design flaws in knife history. love this blade. excellent quality. again, though, the obvious, dangerous design flaw makes it impossible to carry safely."

Absolutely Amazing!

"I just received it today and loved it at first sight! It came nice and very sharp and with a little extra oil from the bearings. I was extremely impressed the only issue I had was going by Forged in Fire expertise and the professional blade Smith's is that the blade only counts in length of where ther sharpness is and when I measured the blade itself it was actually only 3 1/2 inches long, you dont count the half inch that's in the handle. Other than that I'm very pleased I just wish it was actually a 4 inch blade."
