"Before I bought this sword, I knew that it was made for display. With that aside, I will say that it is well built. Yes, it is not full tang, it is stainless steel, and it is dull. However, it has pretty good weight behind it, well built for what it is, and it good for dry practice. Assuming that you don hit anything but the air. still works on form though. Oh, and do not expect too much from the sheath. Mine came warped but it will work."

"I liked the picture I saw of this sword in the magazine, so I went ahead and ordered it. After I got it I was not impressed. It's not a bad sword, but it's light (which usually means it's cheap)it's point is not evenly sharpened, and it's sheaths belt loop is way too low, so the sword handle ends up sticking you in the armpit. I( would say it was alright for display, but it is not really that spectacular looking."

"The hefty, thick blade is complemented with dual blood grooves just like the swords from centuries ago. Not so much.... the blade is not thick, not hefty, and wobbles. "The attention to detail in the historic design and meticulous polishing will impress even the most particular of collectors." Not polished much at all. or if it was its gotten dirty, scratched and scuffed. also the metal things that seem to be holding the wire in place on the top and bottom of the handle (not the guard and pommel) seem to be raised a bit and are uncomfortable and pokey when the sword is held. I got this hoping it would at least be sturdy... came with totally flat edges. and i know it says its a leather scabbard but it feels more like leather mixed with nylon or plastic. look elsewhere on this site for a good sword."
