"This was the first sword I have ever owned. I was 12 and it felt heavy. I was daunted by it at first but I eventually wanted to collect swords because of it."

"This sword, is decent however there were a few flaws that I was extremely disappointed with. First of all the pommel of my sword was not straight with the hilt or blade, it was rotated approximately 20 degrees to the left. The blade looks to be clumsily made, but it has a strong feel to it. Over all I wasn't Satisfied but I wasn't absolutely furious over it either."

"This is an amazing buy. This sword is worth much more than $35. The blade is great quality and thick. I was surprised that a sword priced so low would have a carbon steel blade. The handle could pass as hand and a half, it is a nice comfortable size. The leather on the handle and scabbard is faux, but it serves the purpose. great quality scabbard, the brass accents are nice and add extra durability. One of the best buys a have had from true swords. True swords in general is a great quality site."
Shipping ruined it
"The sword itself seems pretty good. Nice handle, shape a little odd but still good. Nice blade after cleaning it up too. And the sheath seems great too, other than the end of it looks a little messed up. My main problem was actually caused by the shipping. I had a big order and all the items were just shoved in a giant box, sure most items were in a smaller box in it, but those boxes were crushed and some of the items damaged. The small spot on the sheath that juts out for you to wrap something around it was bent completely to the side, nearly snapped completely off. The sword could be great, but I advise having small orders so this doesn't happen to you."
I got this sword yesterday
"I got this sword yesterday and let me first say that i was so impressed with True Swords that I bought my second sword about 30 minutes ago. Any ways this sword is very nice it is not sharp at all but it feels very sturdy the sheath is made of fake leather althogh it feels real. The handle is also made of fake leather and had a bit of a promblem with staying on. The sword fits into its sheath nicely and dosnt have a promblem with falling out. It is heavier and larger than I expected which is good for me. Overall I suggest you get this nice feeling and good looking sword to use to practice or add to your collection."
Medieval Wedding
"I was so happy when I received these swords. I ordered 5 total and was happy with every single one of them. I am actually ordering 2 more for my ushers. The pommels were snug and tight and not a single one rattled when moved around. The scabbard fit very well on all the swords as well. I think the men will be very please with their presents. Just don't tell them I saved money on them by buying them here."

"I sent the order for this sword on the 13th and i already have it! True swords, you are speedy! I am using this blade in a historical presentation on vikings in a couple of weeks so i needed it quick, but I wasn't expecting it this fast! As soon as I opened the package I set upon the cardboard box. A thrust would push the blade all the way through leaving only six inches on my side of the box. As all the other reviews have said, the fake-leather handle is a piece of junk, but who really cares when it only cost $40! You will be getting my repeat business!"
