"Already have it hanging on my wall."
"wife said she'd like a katana, so I bought her one. well made, sharp enough to cut but not razor sharp out of the box. good balance and well appointed as for as the wrapping of the handle. good entry level blade"
"The steel is nice and springy, it is indeed the tempered carbon steel that is advertised. The blade does not have a tacky looking fake hamon printed on it like many lower end katana, a fact I am grateful for. The one I received has no rattle when swung and even fits very snuggly into the attractive saya. It has an accurate curve and is very straight. The tsuba is thick bronze (or some mettle close enough to bronze that I can't tell the difference), and the handle and it's fittings all fit nicely and look good. It handles close enough like a higher end katana. The tip on mine had a slight bur on it that needed to be honed off but its a much more minor flaw than I would expect from a sword in this price range. Overall I'm impressed with the level of functionality here for the price. This is the perfect weapon to go out and make cuts with while your nicer swords hang safely on the wall."
"One complaint I've owned this sword for nearly 2-3 years. When it first arrived it rattled a little bit at the hilt but not enough to cause any problems. It's starting to rattle a lil bit more now. But it's been through (pun intended) all kinds of fruit, so many water bottles, thick sticks through thin trees (which I know is not recommended but yolo) and it's still holding up. So easy to sharpen. No matter what it cuts it goes through like butter. Out of everything I own and all of its flaws it's still my go to sword. I first got when it was 80. And seeing it now at under 60. Bruh. Get this freakin sword."
"Got it in like a week and was so stoked to see it outside and was even more stoked once I took it out of the box! It's an absolutely beautiful sword everything was right it came with oil and a handy cleaning guide! The bald is so straight and very sharp! I was extremely satisfied and will absolutely be purchasing more and more from True Swords thank you so much for an outstanding product! A++++++"
"This sword is unbelievable for what you pay solid construction. Full tang and sharp no frills no fake hamon just an excellent hand forged blade with blood groove all you have to do is razor sharp the blade and you have one hell of a fine weapon that can take whatever you throw at it worth every penny.Great Sword...."
"Realy a battle ready! I tested and no fail. Very especial sword, good balance with easy handles. For the price its very good."
"This sword it is easily as good as some three hundred dollar swords I have seen so as far as I am concerned this sword is a must have for anyone who likes sword because it is cheap enough to beat up but sturdy enough to stand up to what ever you have to throw at it."
"This thing is a very solid sword. Splits through cardboard like air. Only one problem though, the tsuba started to click up and Down after awhile."
"I'm very impressed with this blade, it's very well made, sharp right out of the box, sturdy and simply gorgeous. with the factory edge I sliced through a 4X4 cardboard shipping box cleanly. when I ordered this sword I was expecting a $40 sword, what I got was surprisingly well made and of excellent quality. for anyone looking for a good blade for practice and doesn't want to use their higher priced blades, you need to buy this one"
