Buy it!

"This sword is solid as a rock, very good looking, and with 3 minutes with my favorite sharpener it is razor sharp for real. this is a real sword at an unreal price."

amazing sword

"Not only did I pay for 3 day shipping and got it in 2, but I got a gorgeous sword. No rattle, beautiful blade, no rust marks, no dings. Absolutely perfect. Definitely going to you guys for any more swords. Thank you so much"

Deent Sword

"I just sliced through two bottles with this sword, nice clean cuts and bottles remained standing. I bought several of these ninjato style swords from Shinwa and all have good blades and are full tang, etc. They come sharp but need some touch up to cut paper in small strips and consistently catch the paper to cut it without tearing it. However, everyone of these Shinwa ninjato swords in black that I own (4) has a loose buttcap or pommel. The ito is also loose. I will glue these and the problem should be solved but it is a disappointment and why I'm only giving 4 stars."

Interested.

"If this Id a truly hand crafted katana and wet stone sharpened if done properly as the 1 star rater mentioned it should cut bushes in fact if it's folded cooled and sharpened well enough it should cut an average bamboo mat with clear clean cuts unless the metal is weak or the forging improper which is truly disappointing I own many hand crafted true katana and I would have added this to my collections if any one should reply and submit a message of this sword being more reliable I'd like to know why you believe it is as such I practice kenjutsu and batto is this sword fast to draw well balanced strong and edged as a katana should be or is it as Benjamin had mentioned. Watashi wa Anaya no henji o matte arigato."

Great sword

"This is my first time buying from TrueSwords and I'll most likely buy again the sword is amazing, sturdy and well built, really beautiful. The only possible complaints I would have is that it's pretty dull on the edges and I bought a cleaning kit with it but the clove oil either leaked or was sent half empty. Also, as far as the 1* review, it's not fair to judge a sword on your own stupidity, it's a weapon not a pair of shears, don't swing it at bushes."

not sure the reason for

"not sure the reason for bad reviews :/ ive used trueswords before, but this is the first sword ive actually bought from them, and it will not be the last. its a really beautiful sword. it was oily at first, but easy to clean. didnt shipthat sharp, but that is easily fixed as well. not sure how durable it is, as i usse it for decoration, but from what i can tell, its a sturdy sword. if you want a nice, good-looking sword, this is the one to get."

This was my second sword

"This was my second sword from True Swords and it will probably be my last. I bought this sword expecting that the steel would be able to withstand a few light hits against small bushes at the very least. It was severely scratch after only a few light hits, and the black coating was really damaged. I was incredibly excited after this arrived, and twenty minutes later I was discouraged, sad, and my love for true swords was damaged. Do not buy this sword unless it is for decoration, because, for my blade, at least, YOU WILL REGRET IT. I want my $115 dollars back (I bought it on closeout). There were also small metal pieces on the handle that cut my hands. It is also dowsed in probably enough oil to make a plate of tacos, much more than is necessary."

Just got this one yesterday

"Just got this one yesterday along with the musashi 1060 differential hardened burgundy scabard dragon tsuba. On to the point, "pun intended" lol. The fiery inferno is very sharp but a little heavy. Point of balance is just a hair off. Functions just fine though. Very fine tool and worth the money. Would have rather had the handle wrapped in at least cotton or leather, but nylon is good enough. Other than that great for the price. Thanks True Swords."
