"It has a nice blade an all but the sheath had a crack in it. Over all it's a nice blade for the price. I'm pretty good with a blade just by the weight of the overall blade compared to my other 64 inch sword it's a lot easier to use an swing faster then the heavier blade."

Ugly at first, but beautiful.

"Looked good out the box, dirty on the inside from oil residue. Deep cleaned it with a separate katana cleaning it, no, a cleaning kit is not included in this. Cleaned it, but light oil residue is still in the fuller part of the blade, but not too noticeable. Really complicated to disassemble it because of all the excess glue used to put it together, so I advise you to use a rubber mallet to take the handle out, then remove the glue from anywhere you see. Overall very rough start, but taken care of in the end. I love the katana either way, so don’t let my review dismay you from buying it."
