"I was a little wary of buying a katana that was this cheap and boasting of it's superior specs (1095 Carbon Steel and Clay Tempering). However, I was very impressed with the quality of the blade and the attention to detail. It does take a little bit of elbow grease to pull it out of the scabbard, but that will lessen over time and use. The only thing I was even a little disappointed in was that it came in a cloth bag and not in a wooden case. But overall, you can't beat a sword of this quality that is less than $300."
