"Honestly it's a beautiful sword, it's a lot heavier than expected, at almost 9 pounds (8.8 to be exact). My only complaint is that the glue that holds the intricate vine inlay on the blade is a little messy in places and smudges the blade in ways that I can't get off yet. Even with that it is totally worth it. It wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if it would hold up to battle."
