"If you're looking for a good entry-level karambit this is it. The blade is nice and big, and overall it is a very aggressive looking knife that has a great visual impact. The handle is perfect, grooves for your fingers, jimping for forward and reverse grips and a thumb ramp on the ring making the flipped out extended grip easy and fairly secure. The sheath is really nicely done, it is ergonomic with the knife so that when you grab the knife you find your finger (pinky or index for reverse-forward grips) on the securing strap. Thick leather and heavy stitching all around, the belt/pocket clip is strong as well with no retention issues after two months of carrying it. I only had two issues with my karambit. First and most painfully the tip was broken off when it shipped, I was able to sharpen it back up so I might have shaved some fraction of an inch off the blade but it still rips through anything very easily. The other is the male end of the snap broke off on my sheath, I just put the clear gorilla glue in there and wd40 on the snap to reduce stress, again back up to working condition without an issue.
