Couldn't ask for a better first katana
"Purchased during the BOGO Free, i didn't pay a dollar for this sword. Initially sharp out the box then sharpened to greater standards, satisfying weight, back strap is too long at first but simply cut to your desired length and poke a few more holes to tighten. The ONLY issue i had was a small crack in the saya that i resealed with a hot glue gun so nothing major. There's a chance that the sword may not lock in with the saya which will make it slide out if held handle upwards so be cautious. Nonetheless, I love my katana. I later found out about it being close to the replica of michonne's sword which is even cooler."
