GI JOE Swords
Our GI JOE swords have arrived! Limited to only 2500 pieces each world wide, these will retain their value as rare collector items. Both swords are accurate 1:1 scale replicas of those used by Storm Shadow and Snake Eyes in G.I. JOE Valor vs Venom. They are both very well made swords, but the dark color and elegance of the snake eyes sword beats that of the white storm shadow sword.

i agree with what volk said but the hilt of snake eyes would be sort of odd to hold. i would rather have a black storm shadow.

I would say each sword is equal in quality, as each one offers a different look and feel. On the one hand, the Snake Eyes blade presents a sharper, more modern look not unlike that which might be carried by a covert-ops agent or commando, whereas the Storm Shadow blade is clean and simple, representing everything there is to love about classic katana blades. *shrug* I'd say take your pick. Each sword is badass and I plan on purchasing both of them. :D

snake eyes is cool but it cant fit in a holder so you can cut your self storm shadow can but it is not as cool as snake eyes

the snake eyes one is cool but it would be hard to hold and like mike said it cant fit into a sheath the storm shadow is just a all around good sword ... i just dont like the look of the handle

Aww man I gotta get both of 'em ill find a way but if I had to chose to only have one I would have too say...Snake Eyes only cause its such a great exaple of a fantasy sword but the Storm Shadow shows the true spirt of a katana. Well I hope you all wish me luck on getting them as I do to you.

Well At least i would have to buy them both.....i mean it is not like something like this comes along everyday... they are not for me but they are for a friend in the hospital... he is a G.I. Joe nut he has like triplicates of all the originals and the new one ... so in essence he is the one who "had" everything LMAO until now he is gonna crap his colostemy bag when he opens it the box LMAO.

I see most are leaning towards the snake eyes, but the storm shadow is my pick if I could only get one (got to have both though). It really resembles the original storm shadow costume. It looks like something he'd wield, just as snake eyes the commando would carry that black sword with all the extras on it as well.

bob i dont think ur getting the point here u c big bear said "my friend" c un less u have a friend u wouldnt kno how it is when ur best friend opens a gift tat his friend who has been ther for him even when he was in the hospital brings him sumthing that he wants the most...... on the other hand i find the storm shadow blage to be a little more detailed u c i ve seen the real swords an they r alike but in most sites who sell custom swords always forget to put the ridges on the front of the storm shadow sword an for that i bow down to the true swords site

The Snake Eyes one is better, but i can't help but love the fact that Storm Shadow's has the 'Cobra' symbol carved into the handle. (Drools)

Which sword is better? Guess that depends on whether you want to look at it or fight with it. The Storm Shadow may not look so "kewl" (in deference to the under-21s in the crowd) as the oh-so-zweat (again, in deference) Snake Eyes, given the choice of which one to have in an actual combat the Storm Shadow would be it. The Snake Eyes has a weaker area in its handle (might break) and serations and proturbances on the blade that could hook in my opponent's clothes and cost me control of the weapon. Storm Shadow's lines are smoother and less complicated, following the concept of KISS (Keep It Simple, Stupid).
