Wood Pirate Cutlass Sword

my wife loves Halloween and has a pirate costome that she wears out and she loves the sword with it. thanks you made her very happy. when she is happy she makes me happy. thanks

Look at the picture - if you're expecting a hard-hitting, long-lasting sword for training purposes, then look elsewhere. But for kids' pirate play or overall running around with light weed-whacking, these are great. I got two and put one in the closet for when the first one breaks. My boy loves it (he stashes it between his mattress and boxspring at night - you know - "just in case"). I'm not sure what kind of wood it's made from, but it's not pine... lighter than oak, but then again, "hardwood" is sort of a subjective term. My kid has some PVC swords I made for him for hard play, and this one is more for dress-up, light pretend-play, and looks cool as hell. Get a few on sale and you won't be disappointed, as long as you're not trying to cut pumpkins in half or anything...
